Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Scottish islands, PO boxes, BFPO addresses or international destinations.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, severe weather or carrier disruption.

Can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, details will be emailed after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email support@somacservices.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Your statutory cancellation rights remain available as described in the Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What is the return period?

We offer a 30-day return request period, subject to the policy conditions. UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights for most online purchases.

Who pays for return postage?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays the direct return cost. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us first; we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, refunds are made within the timeframe explained in the Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item. Do not dispose of the packaging until we respond.

Are product colours and measurements exact?

We aim for accuracy, but screen settings, lighting and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause small differences. Refer to each product page for stated dimensions and materials.
