Product information
We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product packaging or minor details may change without materially changing the product.
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, depending on the wording of our confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot be made to the supplied address. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the customer lives. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts serving their home jurisdiction. If you are not acting as a consumer, the laws and courts of Scotland apply, subject to any mandatory law.
