Payment Policy

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may change according to Shopify Payments or another payment provider.

• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Any delivery charge and applicable tax will be displayed before the order is submitted.
• Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not normally store complete payment-card numbers.
• An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or verification is required.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after we issue a refund depends on the payment provider.
